Please read: New Policy Pricing and Hours
   As we draw closer to year's end, I'd like to take the opportunity to thank you, as my loyal customers. Without you, I wouldn't be able to do what I do. Having said that, I am no longer available in the evenings. I will be available every day as well as every other Saturday. There will be a slight increase in the prices of my chemical services, due to the rising costs of supplies in the industry. I strive to offer only the best products and continued education. Thanks for your understanding and continued support! I look forward to seeing you soon.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if a product has malfunctioned i.e the pump is broken or there is a tear or leak in the bottle. In the event that a customer is unsatisfied he/she may come in and have the service tweaked if it was not the correct service. You must call within 48 hours and your service will be fixed for free if it is because the service was wrong and not because the client has decided they didn't like it or a significant other has not liked it. By signing on the line with square you are agreeing to these terms and understand that there are no refunds on services. 

Cancellation Policy: We ask that you cancel 24 hours before your appointment so we are able to fill your appointment time. For clients who consistently cancel less than 24 hours will have to pay a non-refundable deposit to pre-book of $25.00. 

NoCall/No Show Policy: We rarely have this happened but when it does we have to address it. We please ask that if you cannot make it cancel 24 hours beforehand. We understand things come up and we completely understand if it becomes a recurring incident you are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit.
